TALENT MANAGER THEATRICAL
Shushu Entertainment is seeking an experienced Theatrical Talent Manager to join the company.
If you are already managing or representing talent and feel your current commission split does not reflect the business you generate, we should talk.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Professional experience as a talent manager, talent agent, or in a similar representation role
Strong knowledge of television and film
Working knowledge of Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, and Casting Frontier, and Spotlight
Established relationships with casting directors, agents, producers, executives, and other industry professionals
Ability to sign, develop, pitch, and strategically guide talent
Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
An existing roster or book of business is strongly preferred

This is a commission based position with no base salary.
