We are seeking experienced talent professionals currently generating commissions who are looking to scale within a lean, high-upside structure.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are specifically interested in candidates with prior experience as a:
• Talent Agent
• Talent Manager
• Casting Director or Casting Associate
Ideal candidates understand submissions, pitching strategy, client development, and negotiation at a professional level.
