Head of Digital Talent

We are seeking an experienced Digital Talent Manager to lead and build this department from the ground up.

This is a founding role.

Who This Is For

• Digital talent managers currently representing creators
• Brand partnerships professionals with negotiation experience
• Creator agents at boutique agencies looking for greater upside
• Entrepreneurial operators ready to build something

Candidates must have experience negotiating brand deals, managing creator partnerships, and structuring digital contracts including usage rights and licensing terms.

Existing creator roster preferred.

The Opportunity

• Build and lead Shushu's digital division
• Operate with autonomy under an established management company

Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer / creator representation or brand partnerships
• Active brand relationships
• Understanding of digital rate structures and deal negotiation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
