Part Time Unpaid Internship
Shuffle -a full-service creative brand partnership agency that drives new business to our clients. An internship at Shuffle provides music and fashion enthusiasts with public relations backgrounds the opportunity to obtain real world experience at one of the top independent music companies in the industry. Fashion Marketing and Public Relations Interns will be responsible for public and media relations activities in support of Shuffle's corporate strategy.
Our internships provide on-the-job training by allowing interns to shadow industry professionals in a variety of departments. Every intern is assigned a special project that will both assist them in increasing their understanding of how each department operates, and aid the department in addressing a business need. Shuffle values its interns and works to ensure a mutually rewarding experience.
Please keep in mind that Shuffle internships are unpaid
-Pitching Shuffle projects and its artists to numerous media outlets and securing press opportunities
-Creating value-content press releases
-Maintaining and updating press kits
-Coordinating gifting and project initiatives to celebrities and influential fashion bloggers.
-Work as a Brand Ambassador to draft and implement creative initiatives and ideas to drive brand awareness.
-Maintaining social communication within the Brand's voice over a multitude of social networks with 50k+ followers
-Monitor and report to management, social media analytics such as page views, click-through rates, follower growth rates.
-Organize and assist management in planning promotional events such as trunk shows, pop up shops, fashion shows, and charity events.
To qualify for an internship with Shuffle you must:
-Strong passion for fashion
-Be 18 years or older
-Be a junior in college with a focus in fashion, advertisement, public relations, marketing or music business
-Be able to create detailed long-term/short-term campaigns for music business projects
-make a commitment of at least 15 hours per week
-EITHER have a major related to fashion, music business OR express how your experience and passion in music business translates to this position
