SENIOR SALES ANALYST
We are searching for a Senior Sales Analyst who will be responsible for managing and accurately reporting new release and sales deck metadata used for effective planning and budgeting to meet sales targets. This position focuses on consumer sales planning and analysis and developing the data to support those initiatives in a Microsoft Office environment.
Reports to: Sr. VP of Sales
Exemption Status: Exempt
Salary: $70K - $75K if annualized DOE
Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Personal Days
Compensation: Full benefits package including 401(K) with match, medical, dental, vision, and more.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare accurate consumer product reports, typically in Microsoft Excel, using data from internal and external sources to be used for sales planning and analysis
-Announce physical date confirmation and data for staff and online partners
-Amazon Vendor Central Support to Shout and Universal on physical goods.
-Answer ongoing pricing, release, and street date questions
-Service production updates on consumer products
-Compile all necessary data to project future revenue on Amazon
-Collaborate with sales team on business insights and promotional activity using the analytical data created by this position
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
-3+Years' experience in Sales Planning & Analysis
-Proficient knowledge in MS Office as well as experience working in SharePoint
-Expert Excel competency. Microsoft Excel Certification preferred
-Strong analytical abilities; Top level view of current and future quarterly performance and simple analysis
-Expert in MicroStrategy System; Ability to data mine and research business and account trends
-Ability to multi-task, nimbly jump from task to task as priorities shift
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Excellent follow through with the ability to work with minimal supervision
-Ability to work smoothly with internal and external contacts
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
-Results-oriented problem-solving skills
-College level education in statistics, marketing, sales analysis, or equivalent experience
-A basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central System and Amazon Retail Analytic is beneficial
