DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Part Time with potential to be Full Time in the future
We are an online screenwriting company that through our contests, education platforms, and film funds, connects emerging screenwriting talent with industry professionals, helping launch the careers of the next generation of screenwriters from around the world.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will have experience and enjoy working in a remote-based team environment, managing our Social Media Manager and Facebook Ads team to increase audience growth and engagement.
Reports to: Director of Contests
Responsibilities
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing campaign strategies over multiple channels.
Oversees and implements the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other social media marketing.
Collaborate with the team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels, optimize user experience and generate growth.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to senior team leaders and stakeholders using Google Analytics and other tools.
Identify, document, and report on trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
Proven work experience in Digital and Email Marketing including audience expansion and marketing funnel management.
Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking while also possessing a metrics-driven marketing mind with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Ability to work in a remote-based team environment using Google Drive and other online document and content management tools.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy and social media content creation tools plus web traffic and social media analytics tools.
Expert understanding of current and evolving social media and marketing platforms.
Desirable
Demonstrated strong project management skills with problem-solving abilities, as well as professional judgment and discretion in decision making.
Established press and media contacts with experience in the fields of screenwriting and filmmaking.
You are adaptable to change and resilient to stress, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments without compromising quality.
