ABOUT THE ROLE
Shore Fire Media is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. If you can demonstrate the ability to lead a client roster with a focus on corporate business and technology accounts related to music we want to hear from you.
Candidates must have proven relationships with key business and trade press as well as journalism-level writing skills. This is a great opportunity for a talented and motivated person to join a growing, award-winning company. Shore Fire has offices in Brooklyn, LA, and Nashville and is also part of a thriving and synergistic family of related media companies.

We represent artists, culture makers, technology companies, and business executives at the top of their fields. Shore Fire has represented recipients of Grammy Awards, Pulitzer Prizes, Academy Awards, Kennedy Center Honors, Emmy Awards, Tony Awards, Golden Globe Awards as well as leading technology companies including eCommerce and NFT platforms. WHAT YOU NEED
•3 years of music/tech/business PR experience
•Established relationships with major media decision-makers in the tech/business community
•Knowledge and proven ability to conceptualize and execute meaningful press campaigns
•Superior time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain attention to detail in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
•Exemplary writing and communication skills
•Experience in design, content creation, photography, videography, etc a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and take responsibility for your publicity campaigns.
Pitch and secure major interviews, TV/radio appearances, and news stories for clients. Examples include NY Times, Wall Street Journal, NPR, CNBC, The Verge, Bloomberg, Billboard, Variety, Music Business Worldwide
Conceive and execute all key writing: press releases, pitch letters, media alerts, talking points.
Build out interesting and engaging angles, narratives, and opportunities around clients.
Take a leading role in campaign ideation and strategy sessions.
Take a leading role in client communication: lead conference calls, email responses. This includes strategizing and troubleshooting.
Oversee campaign reports and press clippings.
Coordinate client activities and press schedules with teams
Pursue new business opportunities.
