Shift Media is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) for managing the digital journey of current and future Shift Media customers through optimization experiments and will help build a product-led sales motion by designing, building and operating account centric efforts that translate into pipeline, driving higher deal size, better deal velocity and conversion across the funnel.
What we are looking for …
You are savvy in using engagement data to uncover the best accounts and users both marketing and sales can engage to educate them on the value of higher product tiers or new products, are experienced in building account-centric programs to multiple personas in an organization, and working closely with sales leaders to ensure processes and measurement support that.
What Might Make You Successful In This Role …
You enjoy working with demand gen to drive targeted demand efforts for sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise) through omni-channel personalized experiences
You are experienced at optimizing data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel and use this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation
You are motivated to continually find ways to make it easier for prospects and buyers to move ahead in the funnel and make decisions, provide sales and other colleagues with information that allows the company to better support and drive customer conversions
You have 5+ years of direct experience with a focus on self-service growth, lead generation, and engagement at a B2B SaaS organization [Bonus: Experience or skills working in video production]
You have a strong growth track record working across multiple core channels [CRO, SEO, Referrals, Content, Affiliates, Partnerships, etc]
You take a data-driven approach, are proficient in SQL, and can identify areas for growth and optimization via data and insights.

This position is a 100% remote job. Shift Media also offers the opportunity for staff to use our office in Boston's Seaport District whenever they like.
Salary range of $100,000 to $130,000

PTO starts at 2 week annual accrual, moving to 3 weeks in your 2nd year
