COORDINATOR, AWARDS AND EVENTS
The Coordinator to the EVP of Awards and Events will assist in all day to day department's awards and publicity campaigns, festivals and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
'' Manage and coordinate office needs for the EVP and team.
'' Manage phones, contacts and calendars.
'' Become familiar with details of campaigns in order to be an effective team participant.
'' Maintain departments databases, awards and events calendars daily.
'' Track all voting windows and organize a calendar that is user friendly.
'' Create and coordinate event materials as needed.
'' Cover clients at festivals, guilds screenings, awards shows and events.
'' Coordinate set visits, press days, sets visits.
'' Process and submit expense reports.
'' Book travel and prepare travel itineraries.
'' Manage the departments intern program.
'' Contribute individual creative elements to publicity/awards campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
'' At least 2 years of experience as an assistant in events/ field preferred.
'' Flexibility to work screenings, premieres, press junkets award shows and events.
'' Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
'' Must be able to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally.
'' Strong written and verbal communication skills.
'' Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive Applications.
'' Required: Bachelor's Degree.
