To help us achieve our mission of female empowerment, we are seeking a highly motived Manager, Brand Partnerships and Programmatic Sales to join our dynamic, dedicated and growing sales team. In this highly visible role, the Manager, Brand Partnerships and Programmatic Sales will be responsible for growing existing business as well as developing new business in the Tri-State area as well as across the New England territory.
In this role, the Manager, Brand Partnership and Programmatic Sales, is responsible for all aspects of Digital Sales across the brand, inclusive of branded content, influencer marketing and experiential with a comprehensive understanding of programmatic digital media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to reach and exceed sales quotas
• Think creatively and strategically at all times to produce effective solutions for clients
• Cultivate strong relationships at all levels at both the agency and the client side of the business to develop supportive SHE Media brand advocates
• Must be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups at client and agency meetings, articulately communicating the SHE Media value proposition
• Works closely with all internal specialists including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Influencer Marketing, Events and Client Services to create strong marketing solutions for your clients
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of online advertising sales experience
• Digital Sales background. Experience in branded content, influencers, and event sales a plus
• Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Excellent business presentation skills including strong oral and verbal communication
• Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment
• Some traveling is required
