SHE Media is hiring a part-time Lifestyle Writer to join StyleCaster’s editorial team and contribute to one of the brand’s most vital verticals. The ideal candidate should have an insatiable curiosity about how to live your best life, exploring ways to improve your relationships, enhance your sex life, spice up your living space, plan your dream wedding, and discover the latest travel and food trends. They should also be interested in topics related to wellness and show a willingness to write about their own personal opinions and experiences. They must be committed to applying SEO strategy into their writing and consulting Google Trends for story ideas, as well as strategically incorporating e-commerce links into content.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Lifestyle & Astrology Editor to shape trending and evergreen lifestyle coverage with original reporting, smart, thoughtful angles, and strong story optimization.
The Lifestyle Writer is expected to write, edit, and self-publish 2-4 assigned stories per shift, with some opportunities to pitch as needed.

• Previous e-commerce writing experience a plus, interest in learning and implementing affiliate strategy
• Particular interest in writing and developing StyleCaster’s Lifestyle vertical, covering topics such as sex, relationships, home, food, travel, weddings, and wellness.
• Pulse on trending topics across lifestyle, with interest in how pop culture intersects with internet trends and astrology
• A generalist sensibility and proven experience producing quality content
• An ideas-driven creative eager to pitch unique stories reflective of Gen Z and millennial culture
