How do I hire an Youth Division Agent? Talent Agency is seeking a YOUTH TALENT AGENT. Need someone to take over a small roster and make it into something great. Can already have a roster of their own as well.
MUST have experience with the following:
Actors Access, LA Casting, and Casting FrontierTop Casting Directors
Handling bookings and avails
Knowledge of SAG guidelines/rules
Experience with Union and Non-Union contracts
Strong knowledge of Child Labor laws in the entertainment industry.
Must have the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Love of children and their parents
- Thoroughness and follow through
- A positive attitude
- A professional and courteous demeanor
- Thick skin
- The ability to take direction
We are looking for a team player and someone who is looking to grow within the agency.
Salary
Commission based. Please do not submit if you will not accept a commission split.
