Immediate opening for an Executive Assistant / Junior Publicist to owner of boutique talent PR Firm, Shafran PR. Job duties include rolling calls, scheduling, pulling media lists, coordinating schedules and press trips, drafting press kit materials and assisting the publicist directly with day to day tasks. Candidates must be extremely detailed, organized and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in person and via phone) are a must. Due to the nature of the industry, you will be asked from time to time to commit to non-traditional work hours, such as evenings and weekends, in order to complete projects and provide on-site support for clients. Superior time management skills a must. Must have at least two years of prior professional experience working in entertainment PR.
