Animation Sheet Timer

This is a Part Time Job

The primary responsibility for the Sheet Timer is to ensure that the Director's overall creative vision for the timing of the show is understood by the studio producing the animation through completion of timing on X-Sheets.

Primetime experience and knowledge of Photoshop a plus!

Responsibilities:

Receives handout from the Director
Using the intial animatic and storyboards as a guide, works out the timing of the dialogue and the overall action
Indicates lip assignment
Delivers finished x-sheets per scheduled deadline to either the Timing Supervisor or Director
Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in Animation Timing
Ability to align with style and sensibility of show
Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible
Excellent organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumen
Experience as an Animator or Director is helpful but not a requirement
Deep knowledge of 2D Traditional Animation
Photoshop knowledge a plus

NOTE: This job is currently remote, though we do have plans to open up physical studio spaces in the foreseeable future.
