-Key Responsibilities
• Managing and developing a roster of professional talent
• Coordinating auditions and opportunities for clients
• Submitting and pitching talent to casting directors, studios, networks, and producers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships within the entertainment industry
• Identifying and cultivating new talent opportunities
• Maintaining detailed client records and communication
• Participating in virtual team meetings and collaboration

Candidates should have working knowledge of industry platforms, including:
• Breakdowns / Breakdown Services
• Casting Networks as well as CastingNow
• Casting Frontier
• Cast It Systems
• Active Pitch
• IMDbPro
• Trello
• Google Drive
-Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years experience as a talent agent, manager, or assistant within a talent agency or management company
• Candidates should currently represent a roster of working talent and maintain active relationships within the casting and production community
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a roster and expand opportunities
• Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
