Serendipity Entertainment is a bi-coastal talent management company representing kids/teen/adults and celebrities for TV,Film,Broadway, Regional Theatre, Tours and Cruise Ships. This company has been around for over 20 years. The owner is a former agent, runs her company like a well oiled machine and very selective in who she adds to her team. This is 100% remote position and covering the LA market. We are only interested in candidates who have worked in the entertainment industry for a Talent Agency or Talent Management company. This is an amazing opportunity for that aggressive, think out of the box, doesn't need hand holding type of person that is connected with the LA market dealing with casting directors, talent agents, directors, producers, photographers. Candidates need to be top producers, deal closers, confident, and most importantly loves what they do!!

We are seeking the best candidate that can do the following:
-The winning candidate is from a Talent Agency or Talent Management in the Commercial Division
-Having connections in the Commercial market in LA is a must
-day to day- which consists of making phone calls to casting directors pitching clients for commercial projects.
-Proficient on LAC
-Making sure actors platforms are marketable.
-Bringing new working clients for potential representation-
-Must know how to work Google Drive
-Must know how to work Trello (if not, be willing to learn)
-Must be proficient on Breakdowns (commercials are listed there as well )
-Zoom staff meetings once a week (4 managers and looking to expand)
-Must be able to think out of the box
-Must have excellent verbal and written skills
-Must be a perfect representative of Serendipity Entertainment
