Television Department Assistant

Job Opp - Secret Hideout: A Production Company with a multi-year overall deal and 6 series airing/ordered is looking for a seasoned assistant to join the team as the Television Department Assistant. This position supports the Executive Assistants by handling overflow as well as covering the President of Television and Director of Development's desks as needed. This position will also help oversee the internship program and assign tasks. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with scheduling/calendars, rolling calls, reading submitted materials and providing coverage, tracking/organizing show materials, and transcribing notes calls. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 1 year assistant experience. We are searching for candidates who demonstrate quick thinking, good judgment, problem-solving skills, and a calm presence. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus. BIPOC highly encouraged to apply.
