Please note, this is a freelance position operating between the hours of 9-6pm PST. All team members are freelancers paid through personal LLCs and work remotely or from our shared office space in Los Angeles. You must be based in Los Angeles. Please see all requirements before applying.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Oversee 15+ client calendars
· Research and build media lists and source press clippings
· Create and maintain digital press kits for clients
· Generate talent memos and travel itineraries
· Connect talent phone interviews with the media
· Book and confirm hair/makeup/styling and car service for clients
· Cover press junkets, interviews, or other events as needed
· Assist 4 publicists as well as company founder with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
· Must have at least 1 year of internship or full-time work experience within PR/communications
· Must be interested in working within entertainment public relations/talent publicity
· Must have own LLC (freelancers are paid through personal LLCs/own businesses)
· Ability to focus and work remotely outside of a normal office setting
· Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
· Organized, a self-starter, great multitasker, proactive, professional, and able to anticipate needs
· Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with care
· Own or have access to Apple products including Mac laptop and iPhone
· Experience using Google Drive
