Full Time Job
This position will handle large volumes of invoices and payments for vendors, contractors and other subsidiaries within or outside the United States. Must have attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in compliance with corporate policies. Must be able to coordinate and manage large volumes of documents, and perform related administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Ideal position for an individual with administrative experience and the capacity to learn Accounts Payable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain organization of AP documents, including invoices, payment support, and expense reports.
Perform filing, sorting, and other administrative tasks.
Match, audit, and enter high volumes of invoices and expense reports.
Verify proper documentation and approval authorization on invoices, check requests and expense reports, according to policy requirements.
Assist in preparation of check runs including matching checks to invoices for VP approval and preparing for mailing.
Assist in preparation of contractor payments by assembling supporting documentation for VP approval.
Assist with document requests for quarterly, annual, and internal audits.
Assist with month and year end closing processes.
Execute tasks in compliance with corporate and JSOX requirements.
Other duties as assigned by AP Supervisor.
Must adhere to full-time schedule and overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years administrative experience, exposure to Accounts Payable a plus but not required
Experience in managing large volumes of documents
Experience in data entry
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and 10 key)
Interest in Media and Entertainment industries
