Production company seeking experienced Phones Assistant to join our team. Whether your experience is as an EA or in a similar post, must be an extremely organized, perceptive person, know standard industry phone and scheduling etiquette, have extensive knowledge of Broadway theater and be very familiar with the Film/TV industry power-players including writers, directors, talent and agents. Needs to be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment. Ideal candidate will need to be intelligent, driven, and organized.
This role focuses on rolling an extremely high volume of calls with speed, diligence and precision. Applicants without phones experience need not apply.
Additionally, experience with / ability to work long hours in an office setting mandatory.
-Roll a high volume of calls
-Handle administrative needs of Producer, with a focus on all incoming and outgoing calls
-High sensitivity to detail -- experience with detailed, precise note-taking
-Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle phones list, contact list, and call schedules
-Manage calendar and send reminders
-Arranging calls/conference calls across offices; handling multiple phone lines at once
-Work on-call weekends as needed
-Mandatory 2+ years phones experience
-Experience rolling a high volume of calls
-Must have 2+ years experience with Filemaker Pro
-Previous experience as an administrative assistant/ executive assistant/ or receptionist
-Familiarity with the film/tv industry power-players including writers, directors, talent and agents
-Can handle at least 5+ lines at a time
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Strong attention to detail
-Willingness to work long hours
-agency experience preferred
-Entertainment industry experience
