Responsibilities
Accountable for the development of a data and insights-led content marketing strategy and initiatives that will drive volume, engagement, subscription, and retention of the core target audience
Partnering with editorial and acquisition teams to define audience and merchandising plans for our slate of projects
Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners, driving a culture of collaboration to create achievable and measurable project plans
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in creative operations for fashion brands and/or music videos
Familiarity with organic and paid media content campaigns
Eager to create reliable systems for stakeholders to design marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for business goals, process improvement projects, and content marketing.
Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform content merchandising campaigns and make recommendations.
Proficiency in production management, workflow and management methodologies as well as use of project management tools
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
