SCAT tv Entertainment is seeking an experienced film student or entry level individual who will be responsible for reading and analyzing scripts as well as a familiarity with Transmedia storytelling, how to take one property and be able to expand the world of the characters through different forms of media such as Books, Comics, Web Series, Television, Podcasts or other forms of media. We are looking for someone with BIG ideas, preferably from a Producing or Screenwriting background and are risk takers. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience and be actively involved in various aspects of the development/pre-production/production process. This is a non-paying position but a good opportunity for individuals wanting to become Writers, Producers or Development executives & individuals looking to network and gain experience. This position is remote and will be from Thursday, September 30th to Thursday, December 16th (11 Weeks). Preferably for College Credit
*Candidates MUST be able to:
Read/Analyze Scripts
Articulate Creative Ideas/Offer Creative Solutions
Communicate with Other Creatives
Develop Transmedia Content
*What You'll Do:
Seek out New Talent (Writers/Writer-Directors)
Keep up with current Industry Trends
Watch a variety of TV Shows/Feature Films/Short Films
Contribute to creative ideas to Expanding the world of Projects we currently have lined up
Pitch Concepts and Ideas to Writers/Directors
*What You'll Need:
Friendly and respectful demeanor
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Computer/Laptop
Google Drive
Knowledge of Production, Screenwriting, Development
