In our continued stage of growth it could not be a better time to join Scarlett Entertainment. We are going from strength to strength and are recruiting for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to support our fabulous Account Manager in Las Vegas!
Our business has booked and arranged events for clients all over the world including Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, New York, Dubai, Bahrain, India, Paris, Madrid, Rome, Berlin and all over the UK. We work with many leading global brands such as Prada, Ferrari, and Apple!
The role will include:
- Answering inbound calls and handling day to day enquiries.
- Speaking to artists to source quotes and building proposals which can include basic photo editing, copywriting and selecting videos.
- Managing the inbox and responding to event logistic enquiries.
- Managing and keeping the Account Managers CRM system updated at all times.
- Assisting where needed which can include purchasing items online, booking venues, arranging travel, packing and inventories.
- Liaising with artists to obtain promotional material and quotes for large proposals.
You will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be highly organised.
- Excellent written skills and spelling.
- Be resourceful and able to show strong internet skills.
