POSITION SUMMARY

Title Producers are senior VFX Producers with demonstrable talent at client management, iterative bidding and talent development. Each Title Producer is assigned to a group of shows, these may be grouped by studio, by type or where an award exceeds 500 shots, a TP may be assigned to work with Regional producers on a single show. Title Producers are expected to anticipate challenges and guide their teams around the road-blocks they face.

The Title Producer is accountable for the financial performance of each show, directing the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisor team in strategy and execution to deliver the highest margin and end product at delivery on each project. They also partner with the Head of VFX(s) to ensure creative excellence across their projects.

If any of their shows have a global footprint, they are required to sync with each team and provide a unified status for the show to the Exec.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-end management of each title's life cycle, potentially starting as de facto Producer (where necessary until a Producer is assigned) up until archival & marketing materials completion. Responsible for financial performance on titles/shows.

Responsible for mentoring/training Producers on titles/shows in their team.

Thought-partner to title/show leadership teams on scenario planning, client management and production phase planning.

Responsible for maintaining labor costs within set parameters.

Responsible for alerting regional or global heads of production to strike team requirements.

Responsible for providing an immediate show metric report weekly to the Executive team.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Maintain overview of all assigned VFX and VP projects.

Meet regularly with Global EP's and Show Producers to ensure they are operating within established guidelines and budgetary controls.

Direct Production Supervisors as necessary to lead strike teams in partnership with Directors of CG.

MEETING RESPONSIBILITY

TP acts as secondary for the following meetings:

New Business/Bidding meeting (replaces EP as required or if they are primary bidder on project)
