As a New Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance & growth of new business connections at Scanline VFX. You will provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the new business team, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the new business team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and distributing documents, and handling correspondence. Anticipate and address the needs of the executives to enhance their productivity and effectiveness
• Provide administrative support to the new business meetings by managing meeting schedules, consolidating agendas, and handling correspondence to clients & Vendors. Keep accurate records of meetings and follow up on action items as needed
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to the new business team. Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources, and assist in tracking progress and resolving issues or roadblocks
• Supports the new business team in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage on-site and off-site visits
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive information and matters related to the new business venture
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• Proven experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a business development or startup environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication in Korean, English & Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and contribute to the growth of the new business venture
