As our Operations Manager, you will be overseeing a range of responsibilities within our studio. This includes the management of diverse projects, maintaining positive vendor relationships, and effectively leading our facility teams. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations, optimal project execution, and a well-coordinated studio environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ????
• Drive strategic business initiatives (e.g., team expansions, efficiency optimization)
• Manage projects alongside Studio Head and COO
• Oversee project monitoring and stakeholder communication
• Support Accounting Management and negotiate vendor terms
• Monitor and adjust budgets with Studio Head and COO
• Manage Facility Team events, budgets, and efficiency
• Foster positive work culture and oversee Facility Assistant team
• Supervise Office Vendors and Building Management interactions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE | ????? ????
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects from initiation to completion
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and consistent information flow
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Team leadership and people management experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills Intermediate Excel skills
