We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our Animation/Video Game Voiceover Department.
This position is entry-level and a great opportunity to learn about the Voiceover industry.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing all MP3 auditions/folders for VO projects
Writing up the daily project list
Writing up VO projects
Sending out VO projects to talent
Editing MP3 auditions
General VO Assistant duties to assist the department

No actors, please. 1 to 2 years in the entertainment industry is preferred. This position is M-F 9:30-6:30 with the occasional overtime.
Hybrid Work Schedule (Training will be in LA office,then remote or hybrid).
Salary: $20.19 - $21.63/hour USD
