Role Summary:
Saturday Night Live is looking for an Image Researcher to support the day-to-day operations of show production and various departments.

Responsibilities:
• Acquire various photo and graphic elements for guest and comedy segments.
• Utilize internet research and other techniques to gather photo elements.
• Identify any clearance, copyright, and standards restrictions for acquired elements and properly license all photos and graphic elements.
• Maintain an extensive photo and clip database.
• Track costs and clearances.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as outlined by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of photo research work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with graphics coordination and licensing still images.
• Ability to work in New York, NY.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings, due to news cycles and breaking news.
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday on show weeks.

Additional Requirements:
• This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
• Weekly salary range: $1,211.25 - $1,425 (hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00)
• This role will be paid for at least 60 hours per week, with appropriate overtime pay for hours worked beyond 37.5 hours per week.
