About the Position
The Santa Cruz Warriors are looking for a Coordinator, Partnership Development to work within our Corporate Partnerships team to aid in the execution of relationships and activations across our partner accounts. To do this, you will work cross departmentally and build positive relationships with new and existing partners, all while providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you will drive partnership development initiatives, while utilizing your creativity, resilience and determination to exceed department targets and quotas with a dynamic organization. This position reports to the Director, Corporate Partnerships

This is a full-time position, based in Santa Cruz, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Partnership Development team to execute corporate partner agreements and foster relationships with these accounts
• Assist in partner activations and promotions for multiple accounts including: planning, implementation, and handling game day requests
• Manage several corporate partner accounts and serve as the point of contact for all needs, activations, and the renewal of agreements as your account relationships come to term
• Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure signage, promotions and other deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• Develop new department strategies to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years in a sales or account management, preferably within the sports industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and throughout the community
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (nights and weekends may be required)e games and special events as needed (i.e. evenings and weekends)
