Production Assistant (Internship)

Job Description:
The Sanford Mainers are seeking Production Assistants for their live streaming platform. This role includes responsibilities such as camera operation, graphics, instant replay, and production support for events broadcast on the NECBL Broadcast Network and ESPN+.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cameras and manage equipment throughout the venue.
• Maintain, clean, and test equipment to ensure readiness before each event.
• Participate in pre-event planning meetings.
• Collaborate with the Director of Video Production on all camera elements and shots.
• Ensure equipment safety and adhere to audio safety standards.
• Provide support to other venue areas as needed.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Be available for all home games (22 games) between June 1 and August 15, with potential postseason games.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of camera operation experience in live game production or live sports.
• Familiarity with production equipment, including cameras and computer software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player who works well in fast-paced environments.
• Attendance for all Sanford Mainers home games is required.
