Position: Account Manager, Partnership Activation
Reports To: Director, Partnership Activation and Business Development
Department: Partnership Activation
Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the account management, relationship management and execution of partnership marketing campaigns. This position will be assigned a set of partnership account and will be responsible for fulfillment of all associated assets. Position will also assist in revenue generating programs.
Position Responsibilities:
• Execute all elements of corporate partnership programs for approximately 30 assigned clients
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners and vendors
• Use of Tripleseat (internal system), inventory management system and Salesforce to maintain partner commitments
• Flawlessly manage and track partner assets and coordinate implementation
• Assist in the coordination and execution of partner fantasy batting practices
• Schedule and oversee the execution of pre-game field visits, homeplate ceremonies, and first pitches
• Schedule LED, scoreboard, and Arena Media Network advertising inventory
• Manage partner signage installations with vendors
• Execute game-day concourse and plaza display activations
• Establish positive, professional relationships with Giants staff, fans and clients
• Produce partner summary files (post-event & season wrap-ups using existing on-line program)
• Assist with assigned partner renewals and with expanding existing
• Collaborate with Corporate marketing teams and agencies, leveraging existing assets, to implement strategic marketing campaigns for partners.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-7 years of partnership account management experience required
• Prior sales experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flawless attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on meeting deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve departmental goals
• Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings
