Marketing Representative (PT)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to support campaign execution for three key areas: San Antonio Spurs, Spurs Give, and Spurs Sports Academy.

This role will support the marketing team with a variety of responsibilities, including cross-functional coordination across creative, digital, marketing automation, and game presentation to support execution of channel-specific promotions, and help manage day-to-day operations, logistics, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, maintains a professional demeanor, and brings a positive, team-first attitude. A strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential for success in this role. Who You Are:
• Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate in the degree fields of Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or Communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Preferred: Google Adwords Certification(s) - Fundamental & Advanced and Facebook Blueprint Certification(s) - Digital Marketing Associate, additional certifications a plus.
• Preferred: Experience working in Google Analytics & Facebook Ads Manager
• Preferred: Related experience in Marketing or Sports.

What You'll Do:
• Assist with execution of Marketing campaign initiatives for San Antonio Spurs, Spurs Give, and Spurs Sports Academy, as needed.
• Facilitate creative and promotional requests for key business unit Marketing plan executions.
• Assist with organization, tracking and analysis of marketing data and campaign results, as needed, to discover and communicate relevant insights for decision-making.
• Maintain & organize Marketing promotional inventory & equipment.
• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of the annual events calendar, influencer strategies and communication, and additional experiential marketing initiatives, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
