Overview
At Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) we work in service of something bigger than ourselves. We strive to create moments that excite, memories that endure, and connections that strengthen our community. We are looking for a broadcast intern to join our family!
The person in this role will have the opportunity to experience and participate in the behind the scenes of live game broadcasts and daily content production. A successful intern will initiate and participate in the hands on experience in the production field and/or developing on camera talent skills. General duties include: handling press passes for crew on game days, serving as a runner during live broadcasts and sorting and logging footage for archiving purposes. The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude and desire to learn how to edit and produce segments for broadcast and in-arena entertainment. Interns will also learn management-related duties through various administrative assignments. Does this sound like a fit for you? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Organize, arrange and catalog footage for broadcasting projects.
• Work closely with editors and assist in finding the preferred footage.
• Produce concepts and be resourceful in categorizing footage so that it will be useful to the editor then and later on when that footage might be needed again.
• Show ownership, dedication and initiative toward continuing education and creativity around broadcasting initiatives and creative content duties.
• General administrative duties associated with the broadcasting and creative content initiatives.
Qualifications
• Self-starter, pro-active, detail oriented, dedicated.
• Commitment to excellence, outgoing, resourceful.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Administrative/office skills preferred.
• Plans to explore a future in broadcasting or related field.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office programs.
• A college Junior, Senior, or recent graduate preferred
• Must be enrolled in a degree program that is closely related to position.
• Have a basic knowledge of editing software and know how to start and organize a project.
