Part Time Job
Overview-
The Franchise Ticket Office Representative (PT) will be responsible for providing day to day tasks for Ticket Operations team. The qualified candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, have a positive attitude, and will provide the highest level of customer satisfaction for our patrons and all other departments. The focus for this position will be to update and troubleshoot multiple sales and financial reports prior to the start of business hours and processing daily ticketing related requests submitted to Ticket Operations department. This position requires the ability to work from 7:30am to 1pm Monday-Friday as well as nights, weekends and holiday as needed.
Responsibilities
-
• Use ticketing systems to process orders from the sales and service teams submitted to Ticket Operations
• Update and troubleshoot all sales and financial reports prior to the start of business hours each day.
• Provide administrative support for Ticket Operations Team.
• Answer and service incoming phone calls.
• Work closely with the Spurs sales and service teams to satisfy all ticketing related requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
• High School Diploma or above.
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work from 7:30am – 1pm Monday through Friday.
• Commit to work with Ticket Operations until June 1st or end of the Spurs Playoffs.
• Previous ticketing experience is preferred.
