What will I Do?
The Sales Operations Intern is responsible for assisting the ticketing & premium staff generate revenue through the selling of season ticket memberships, selling & servicing of partial plans, group tickets, corporate events & premium seating via phone calls, appointments, networking events and ballpark tours.
The Sales Operations Intern will:
• Manage and keep detailed notes on all customer accounts within our CRM, Salesforce
• Manage and organize accounts within our ticketing system, Ticketmaster
• Manage and organize appointments, leads and tours at the Ballpark at America First Square
• Assist in the business development of new leads, campaigns within Salesforce
• Assist in servicing season ticket memberships
• Assist in fulfillment of corporate groups and non-gameday events
• Assist in fulfillment of Premium spaces during Bees home games and non-gameday events
• Help with setup, load in and out for square, plaza events for the Ballpark at America First Square
• Assist ticketing team, ticket ops and revenue analysis in creating models, and presentations of current and past data points
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Perform gameday responsibilities such as entertaining clients, picnic setup and fulfilling commitments of FEPs
• Maintain and grow industry standard sales & service skills
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
• 1 or more year of sales or operational experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work all home games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Ability to handle guest service issues
• Ability to calm dissatisfied guests through empathetic dialogue
• Work under fast paced, high stress situations
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and weeknights
What is the wage?
This position starts at $18.00/hour.
Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (Spring-November) Part-time position.
