Personal Assistant for Artist/ Podcast Host

This is a Part Time Job

Are you a high-vibe, detail-oriented, social media savvy, nurturing personal assistant who would love to help support artist/ podcast host/ author Sahara Rose?

Then this role may be for you!

Tasks include:
-Personal assistance (calendar management, flight booking, home support - in person once a week in Santa Monica)
-Admin tasks (being cc-ed on emails, make sure forms are filled out, being point person in conversations)
-Social support (posting content on social -- there is a social manager but sometimes we need back-up support)
-Music video set assistance (wardrobe, errands, day-of ease)
-Sometimes traveling to gigs with Sahara Rose and supporting with DJ equipment/ making sure everything is set up
-Support with podcast shoots and events

This is for someone who is great at finding order in chaos, making sure little details are booked and is self-reliant person who can anticipate needs and come up with solutions!
