Receptionist – New York, NY
Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors, including vendors, in the New York office.
• Check-in members for on-site meetings and programs, including Conservatory events.
• Open and close member spaces, including the Member Lounge and Conservatory.
• Relay messages and announce visitors to the appropriate staff.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous reception or administrative experience required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, organization, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
