Sales Experience Intern

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities:
• Assists in Fan Experiences, Pre-Game Performances/Events, Membership Events, as well as coordinate and manage large group activities.
• Manage and lead components of event planning to ensure quality experiences for ticket holders and season ticket members.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enhance the guest experience by answering questions, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring a safe and clean stadium.
• Supports in the execution of promotional ticket experiences and campaigns which includes managing inventory of sales resources, assembling prize packs, and distributing giveaways.
• Collaborate in small and large team settings, often between multiple departments.
• Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must have minimum 1 year experience in a service role including restaurants, hotels, sport venues, theme parks, or academic course work equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on both small and big picture details.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, cold, high heat, and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to work both River Cats & Athletics games which includes nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work at least four days per week.

Compensation:

This position is a non-exempt part-time seasonal role with a base rate of $16.50 per hour. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the pay rate provided. In addition to compensation, employees can enjoy the following perks:
