Job Summary:

The Sacramento Kings seek a highly motivated Technology Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll contribute to the team that has built the world's smartest entertainment and sports complex. Our passionate technology professionals deliver outstanding service to team members, fans, and our community. As a Technology Support Specialist, you'll serve as the Sutter Health Park service desk's primary contact for resolving Level 1 & 2 incidents related to hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer support across all communication channels
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve incidents according to established SLAs
• Procure desktop and laptop hardware
• Create high-quality technical documentation promptly and accurately
• Provide rotational after-hours and weekend support as needed
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Azure
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of professional experience in end-user desktop support or computer operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work variable schedules
• Commitment to professional development and technical training
• Experience with:
• Active Directory
• Windows 10, 11
• MacOS
• Remote support for handheld and tablet devices
• Office 2016/2019/365
• Remote desktop support
• Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to lift 25-45 pounds and work with equipment including hand trucks, dollies/carts, power drills, and related tools

Compensation
• The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000.The compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
