Part Time Paid Internship
You could be part of the excitement at the Sacramento Kings. Our internship program will contribute to your education and to your professional growth and development. Our program has a rich combination of learning and networking activities that will make your term impactful, beneficial, and yes, FUN!
Interns are responsible for any relocation and/or housing expenses.
Timeframe: July 2022-May 2023 (Must be able to work at most 25 hours a week)
Wage: $15.00/hour, no relocation or housing expenses provided.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a college or university or a recent graduate (within 24 months) to be eligible.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Assists in cleaning choreography for King's Dancers & 916 Crew routines as needed.
• Assists in organizing costuming, music editing, and miscellaneous gameday needs.
• Assists in organization & facilitation of events such as clinics, workshops, and community appearances & special events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, Performance Teams, Stage Manager, and Senior Director of Entertainment, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a college or university or a recent graduate (within 24 months) to be eligible.
• Prior Dance Coaching experience
• Technically trained in commercial dance
• Desires a career in live entertainment production
• Attention to detail & ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working flexible hours such as nights, weekends, overtime, holidays, and on-call as needed.
