Key Responsibility Areas:
• Facilitates background check process, responds to external applicants, schedules interviews and appointments
• Supports recruiting activities
• Processes new hires in Workday
• Provides administrative support to the SVP, Human Resources including managing calendar, coordinating meeting and event logistics, and completion of special projects
• Maintains department filing system, I-9 files, and Team Member personnel files
• Coordinates all elements of meetings, training sessions, and special events
• Assists with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to deal professionally with confidential information
• Commitment to the role as a Team Member Advocate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused; commitment to catering to customers
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Work with a sense of urgency and priority
• HRIS experience, Workday preferred
