Job Summary: Administers life support care to sick and injured persons at Golden 1 Center.
Please bring BLS/EMT card to job fair on August 16, 2022.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Provide emergency medical treatment to staff and guests
• Accurately record all treatment and assessment on patient care reports
• Keep current on protocols, changes, and changes in industry standards
• Obtain vital signs, perform physical assessments
• Gives recommendations for follow up assessments/treatment
• Initiates workers compensation claims for Golden 1 Center
• Routine cleaning of work station (first aid room)
• Additionally, they will welcome guests, provide assistance and direction for other arena services, and answer any questions our guests may have.
All Golden 1 Center Team Members are:
• Responsible for maintaining an enjoyable, hassle-free environment for all guests at Golden 1 Center.
• Remain aware of any special activities, functions, or promotions for that particular day and keep a strong understanding of all areas of the arena.
• Will know emergency evacuation plan and exit routes and must be able to remain calm and provide direction and guidance in the event of an emergency

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
• Must possess BLS/EMT card.
Other Qualifications
• Capable of working extended hours such as nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
