Grand Ole Opry - Videographer

This is a Full Time Job

Job Purpose:

The videographer will be responsible for all production (pre and post) activities including shooting footage and editing for the Opry Entertainment Group.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up production equipment to record content (cameras, microphones, backdrops, lighting, etc.)
Create shot list, creating continuity from content, operate camera and record the content.
Editing the content, including transferring the raw footage into the editing system and organizing the data in a meaningful manner for retrieval purposes.
Render finalized content to proper format for use on the requested platform.
May interface with producers, clients and talent as to their needs, making recommendations as
appropriate in order to create the desired video (mood).
Maintain knowledge of all professional video equipment, all routing, all processing and recording
devices.
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
High school diploma required.

Experience:
Two or more years experience as a Videographer required.
User knowledge of professional video equipment and editing software.
Experience with video lighting is required.
