RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Coordinator, Facilities & Operations to serve as a support person for the various branches of our facilities (administrative offices, rehearsal studios, and company housing).
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Coordinator, Facilities & Operations is responsible for supporting all day-to-day operations. An ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, with exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly pivot when necessary. Role & Responsibilities
• Accountable for the operations upkeep and services of the RWS Offices, RWS Studios, and RWS Apartments.
• Monitor studio calendar and assist in turn arounds, load ins, and set ups
• Fulfill studio rental requests & invoices
• Ensure compliance of studio protocol & enforce safety standards
• Repair minor fixes as needed
• Maintain rehearsal studio supplies & tech inventory
• Provide audio support
• Tape out rehearsal studios for RWS internal projects
• Manual labor (lifting set pieces, moving furniture, building furniture, etc.)
• Assist with the shipping and receiving of large equipment, scenic pieces, and oversized boxes
• Ability to work non-standard work hours for studio rentals including weekends

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience as a Facilities or Production/Stage Manager or a four-year degree in theatrical management, production management, stage management, or a similar field.
• The ability to quickly problem solve under pressure
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
A valid passport for the duration of employment for all travel-related roles. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (or proof of exemption) will be required.
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Reports to: Manager, Facilities & Operations
Status: Resident
• Resident: Team members who are expected to perform their job in the RWS New York City headquarters due to the nature of their primary duties and responsibilities.
Salary: $24/hour; non-exempt (20-25 hours per week)
