Executive in Charge / Line Producer

We're a small, tight-knit team working on bold, creatively-driven projects with a focus on original voices and unconventional storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly organized, budget-savvy, and experienced across both scripted and unscripted formats. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, staffing, vendor relationships, insurance, and all day-to-day production logistics from prep through post.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee budgets, cost reports, and financial tracking across all projects

Manage production timelines, resources, and deliverables

Lead communication between creative, production, legal, and post teams

Hire and supervise crew, negotiate rates, and secure locations/vendors

Ensure legal, insurance, union, and compliance requirements are met

Support producers and executives in strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an EIC, line producer, or production executive

Proven experience across multiple formats

Strong understanding of production accounting, union rules, and insurance

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Must be based in Los Angeles (hybrid schedule available)
