Intern - Talent

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Seeking a motivated Talent Intern starting in March in exchange for college credit (will receive a $100 gift card at the end of the semester). This is a remote internship. If a candidate is in the NYC area, there will also be opportunities to join us at our NYC office.

A minimum of 10 hours per week will be expected in this role, with the option to be split across a few days a week.

Responsibilities

Source and identify a high volume of digital talent across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok for potential management and collaboration opportunities
Research and log talent contact information and reach out to approved talent
Monitor social media platforms and identify unique talent, trends, and companies across the creator economy
Contribute to talent discovery meetings and provide talent insights as requested
The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of social media platforms, has an inquisitive and curious personality, is plugged into the creator economy, and has a passion for discovering creators.

Skills

Knowledge of social media platforms i.e. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat
Knowledge of navigating online platforms i.e. Google Drive, WeTransfer, Box, Dropbox, Slack, Canva
Strong time management and communication skills
