Summer Paid Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the managers' schedule
Act as a liaison between the managers, clients, and other industry professionals
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate meetings including Zoom and Google Meetings
Track and follow up on projects and contracts
Must have interpersonal communication skills, answering phones in a professional manner
Must be familiar with mail chimp and constant contact
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Outlook Calendars
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of the comedy space, film/television and Broadway is a plus
