Full Time Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
• Assist Corporate Sales and Activation Departments with various administrative duties- i.e. event invitations, gift lists, mailings, letters, etc.
• Manage all radio inventory and radio buys and provide daily update of radio logs & traffic per game, as well as tracking & providing monthly affidavits to clients
• Coordinate, track, and code budget spending i.e. work closely with Accounting Department on creation and tracking of invoices and received payments
• Client touchpoint orders and delivery management for local and national contacts, including Season Launch & Playoffs
• Manage all Department inventory for team autographed merchandise, including ordering items, assistance during signing sessions and keeping updated databases of available items for contractual and added value needs
• Execute and oversee all elements of select Department events (i.e. Partner Suite Nights, Corporate Partner Dinner, Kid's Clinic, etc.)
• Work with other departments in maintaining high levels of communication for cross departmental events and initiatives
• Responsible for the overall organization of the office environment including storage space, common areas, and ordering of office supplies
• Assist Corporate Sales & Activation staff with game night duties- i.e. partner suite nights, concourse tabling, customer service requests
• Create, update, and maintain various databases for Corporate Development Department and manage department inventory for radio inventory, suite inventory, etc.
• Prioritize various ongoing job functions and projects daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in account management or customer service industry
• Excellent computer skills to include a high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and computer scheduling programs.
• Photoshop or Graphic Design experience preferred, as well as a knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and KORE.
• Must be multi-task oriented with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of office equipment, i.e. binding equipment, fax and copy machines
• Must be extremely flexible with the ability to handle fast paced environment with short deadlines and adapt to a team player environment
• Must be customer service and relationship building oriented and demonstrate a high standard of excellence
• Must be available to work extended hours, holidays, and game nights
• Must be able to meet deadlines and follow through on project outline or strategies
• Must have high level of decision making and accountability
• Communicate (both written & verbal) in a concise and effective manner
• Must be able to compile information via research and probing of accounts to create proposals, presentations, budgets, and for financial or competitive analysis
• Must be able to interact and manage staff and business associates in order to implement events, promotions and other related activities
• Must be able to identify and address issues or problems which may arise during relationship/partnership
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee is regularly required to move about the building, communicate with others.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
• The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
• The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed considering the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
