ABOUT THE SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION:
The Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Vice President of Sales to build, manage, and grow relationships. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
Perform research on prospective clients and current clients
Create proposals, presentations, and assist in responding to RFPs and Proactive opportunities
Execute and manage campaigns from start to finish - content production, leading client/internal communications, reporting/delivery, and post-campaign tasks (wrap decks/reports, billing, analytics, post mortems, etc.)
Be able to maintain effective communication across internal departments and externally
Stay abreast on industry trends and best practices including branded content, social media, and new product offerings
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
5+ years of experience in digital media or a related field, or at least 3 years of media/account management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
Proficiency in Google Suite such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Apple programs such as Keynote
Pleasant personality and fosters team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deal with deadline pressure
Experience prioritizing competing requests and managing busy schedules

A self-starter with a high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative
