Job Title: Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy (Distribution)

Job Summary:
The Manager of Digital Marketing and Strategy is responsible for supporting digital strategy and marketing initiatives for Roc Nation artists. Reporting to the President of Distribution and VP of Digital Strategy, the role involves developing and executing digital campaigns, managing artist content, and working closely with digital partners to maximize opportunities for Roc Nation's distribution clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies, pitch promotional campaigns to key digital partners
• Partner Management: Manage relationships with digital partner accounts and liaise with label distribution partners
• Content Development: Produce and manage digital content (text, images, videos), and collaborate with artists and their teams
• Site and Social Development: Manage new artist site launches and maintain social media profiles and websites
• Creative Marketing and Revenue Development: Drive artist awareness and revenue through influencer marketing, third-party editorials, contests, and content syndication
• Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with the Data team to evaluate the success of digital campaigns, compile reports for internal teams and external partners
• Marketing Support: Work with Roc Nation’s marketing team on content release campaigns and tour promotions
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing digital distribution and social platforms
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of the music market, excellent copywriting skills, social media expertise, and proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress, and basic audio/photo/video editing programs
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive, flexible attitude
Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and location.
